This page describes the currently implemented public site and account experience. We do not describe future capabilities as if they are already available.
Managed customer accounts
Customer sign-in and registration use the site's managed account system. An account can be used to access the customer area, which currently shows an empty state because case preparation is not available yet.
No Google credentials
Listing Appeal Ready does not request or collect Google passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, MFA secrets, or account permissions. Customers are expected to use their own Google account for any official Google process.
No active document processing
Document upload, document storage, document processing, AI analysis, and case assessment features are not active in this phase. Because those features are not active, we do not make claims about private-document encryption, retention, or deletion workflows.
Payments are not active
No paid service or checkout is available today. If a paid service launches in the future, payment will use a secure hosted payment experience. This does not mean a payment service is active now.
