How it works
Preparation guidance, with the customer in control.
Listing Appeal Ready is being built to help customers prepare and review information before deciding how to use Google's official process. It is not a functional assessment, submission service, or account-management tool.
A future preparation path
When preparation services launch, the focus will be plain-English guidance: reviewing the situation you describe, identifying questions to consider, and helping you organize possible supporting materials. Guidance may help you prepare; it does not determine whether Google will reinstate a profile.
- Review the information you already have about your business and profile.
- Consider which possible documents or records may be helpful to organize.
- Use the guidance to make your own informed choices before an official submission.
You submit directly
You review the preparation guidance, use your own Google account, upload any evidence directly to Google, and submit personally. Listing Appeal Ready does not ask for Google passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, MFA secrets, or account permissions.
What this does not include
This phase has no live case assessment, evidence upload, document processing, appeal filing, or outcome-tracking workflow. Google alone controls its systems and makes every decision.
Preparation is coming soon.
The preparation overview explains the planned service boundary. It is not a case assessment or an appeal submission flow.
