These answers describe what is available today and what a future preparation service may cover. They do not replace Google's own information or provide legal advice.
Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Listing Appeal Ready is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google.
Does Google charge to appeal an eligible suspension?
Google does not charge businesses to appeal eligible Google Business Profile suspensions. Any future Listing Appeal Ready fees would be for independent preparation and guidance, not for Google's appeal process.
Can you guarantee reinstatement or a successful appeal?
No. No outcome is guaranteed. Google alone makes decisions about its products and processes.
What documents might be helpful?
Possible helpful materials depend on the situation and may include business records you can independently verify. This site does not provide a policy checklist or promise that any document will be accepted.
What happens before Google's official evidence process?
Future guidance may help you prepare and review information before you decide how to use Google's official process. The preparation assessment is not live yet.
Do you collect Google passwords or one-time codes?
No. We never request Google passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, MFA secrets, or account permissions.
Who submits the appeal?
Customers use their own Google account, upload evidence directly to Google, and submit personally. Listing Appeal Ready does not submit or upload on a customer's behalf.
What if my appeal was denied?
You can review our educational denied-appeal help page. Future guidance may help customers prepare for any additional process Google may make available, but it cannot create, control, or guarantee another review.
What privacy features are active today?
The public site and managed customer accounts are active. Case assessment, document upload, document processing, and document storage are not active in this phase.
Will you retain documents or offer deletion?
There is no document upload service today, so there are no active document retention or deletion workflows to describe. If a future upload service launches, its handling and deletion options will be explained before use.
What happens after I submit to Google?
Listing Appeal Ready does not monitor, manage, or communicate with Google about your submission. Google controls any next step and decision.
